Here it is! The most desired 3 bedroom oceanfront corner unit in Panama City Beach. Located directly on the beach facing the stunning sunsets. Large balcony off the Family room and the master bedroom. Recently renovated by professional designer. Beautiful new furniture less than 1 yr old. New paint, new floors, no carpet. Blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep after sunbathing all day. Our 6th level unit has breathtaking oceanfront views. New, decorator light fixtures throughout.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The AC was out a majority of the time, the owner of the unit knew it needed to be replaced the week before we stayed and still chose to rent out the unit without fixing. She refuses to give any money back for our stay and only says she is sorry for the inconvenience. I won’t be staying in any of her units or at grand Panama again.

Beautiful condo. Loved that each room had black out curtains and fans. Beautiful views and a nice balcony. The property and pool were always clean and pretty. Fun music playing and the tiki bar was a nice bonus!

amazing month

Everything was as described. There were no surprises. The view from the balcony and the location on the beach are priceless. The sunsets are incredible. Access to parking was very easy. I was there during Spring break and it was still very enjoyable inspite of all of Panama Beach being more crowded. I loved every minute of being here. There is an enormous pool and hot tub. The Tiki Hut was really nice to enjoy while being at the pool. Their food and drinks were delicious. My one comment which is not the host's issue would be that there were too many kids allowed in the hot tub and I think that should be restricted to adults especially in the evening.The kitchen had what you needed to adequately cook. I brought most of what was important to me. They were very generous with garbage bags and coffee filters which was very much appreciated. Overall, I think everyone would be thrilled with this rental.

My family and I had a fantastic experience at this property. Communication prior to our trip with the host was great. Nicole was very helpful in adjusting our reservation. When we arrived the property was very clean and fresh smelling. The view was great, easy access to the beach and other activities. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Incredible Beach Condo in PCB!

Our stay was beyond amazing! The condo is gorgeous, with high quality furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds! Complete with black out curtains in each room, plenty of towels, and a working washer & dryer. The owner was very accommodating to our group and very easy to communicate with. My kiddos enjoyed that the pool was heated along with the hot tub! We appreciated that the owners supplied beach towels for our use while we were there. We don't typically revisit rentals we've stayed in because we like variety, but we would 100% stay here again! Thanks for having our crew, hope to see you again! Lindsey

We stay at Grand Panama every year and this was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The corner unit with the windows and balcony facing the sunset were amazing. Looking forward to renting this unit again. Nicole was a easy to communicate with and was an excellent host. 10/10
