Located on the fourth floor, this waterfront studio has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico right from the living area. Hear the waves and watch the sunset from your private balcony. Your home a half-mile walk to Pier Park and Top Golf.

You'll have plenty of great hiking trails nearby at places like Conservation Park, Gayle's Trails, and Camp Helen State Park. Check out Shipwreck Island Waterpark or get in a little miniature golf at Goofy Golf, both less than three miles away. You'll find all your beachwear, surf gear, and accessories at Ron Jon Surf Shop, less than a mile from your front door.

Between March 15th and October 31st two beach chair rentals and an umbrella are included with each stay.

There will be construction going on from now until March 31, 2026.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We have been staying at Continental Condos for years, but this was by far our favorite unit. The updates are beautiful and the location in the building is perfect! Everything that matters to us is within walking distance (Shuckums, All American Diner, Pier Park, etc) and if it isn't, an Uber is only about 5. The beach is never packed and always clean, and the included chair rentals were a lifesaver. 10/10 would recommend!

You could tell the complex was a little older, but our unit was renovated nicely. Unit was clean. Bed was comfortable enough. TV was not smart-TV. Appliances were updated. Overall, I would book this unit again.

The condo was not exactly as listed. It was more up to date. Everything seemed clean and new even the walls and cabinets. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been seating at the bar so that we didn't have to stand to eat. That was remedied the day after with cheap bar stools. All in all this unit is an A We will be back

It was a terrible stay. Fire alarm constantly going off for no reason 4 times twice in the middle of the night. Floors dirty and no broom to try to get the sand up. Would not stay again. Called to get help and got none.

Fire alarm issues

The condo is great! But the smoke alarm kept going off sporadically. Then Wed Wednesday night it kept going off and on all nigjt for long periods of time.We got no sleep, they got it stopped about 5 am, then Thursday it started about 11:30 pm. Got it under control a lot quicker. Then during the day there was construction going on in the units, so a peaceful, restful vacation was not had. We are booki g that unit again but in October, when hopefully the fire alarm issues are solved and construction is ended.night it was going on and off all ni

Loved staying here for our honeymoon. Place was clean and right on the beach. The only thing that we didn’t like was it did not have a smart TV. Other then that we absolutely loved it.

5th stay at the Continental

Enjoyed the stay in room #410. Everything was clean & fresh. The room was close to the elevator. The 2 beach chairs with the umbrella was a nice perk. You might have someone look at the shower door. There is no stop when closing. If someone is not careful they could break it.

Great place to Beach play

Perfect! Clean, right on the gulf (no cross street stuff). Comfortable. Good value. Not luxurious, but just as advertised. No surprises. Relaxing, and beach chairs with umbrella were nice addition. Would reserve it again!
