2nd year stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying in this condo. We love the area and the condo has almost everything that you need. The only inconvenience was having to have a nee fridge delivered in the middle of our stay but I'm glad they replace items as needed. Communication is great and easy.

Wonderful Stay

The stay was wonderful! There were a few issues at first that were quickly resolved. The main living area floor was slightly sticky feeling and still had sand from the previous resident. Dining room furniture has some wear and tear. I would still come back and stay though as it’s a beautiful location, great warm pool, beach chairs were so convenient! Thank you!

Enjoy our stay but it could had been cleaner for the price

Condo was nice and it worked for everything we needed. the only negative would be the cleanliness of it. It look like stuff had dripped on the cabinets and chairs and the floor was dirty. We got there and took our shoes off and our feet were so dirty after walking barefoot on the floor. The main fridge did not stay very cold. The master toilet had a leak causing the floor to be very wet - the maintenance crew was on top of it and fixed it the next day. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Friends Trip

Me and my friends booked this room for a getaway trip to celebrate another year done of school and this was a fantastic place to stay at. Everyone had a spot to sleep and it was in a super nice location.

Nice getaway

This place is in a great location and we enjoyed all the amenities. It could use some upgrades and restocking of kitchen supplies. When there were concerns I contacted property manager and they quickly responded. The staff was very friendly.

Regency Towers

My stay at RT was fabulous! Condo was super nice and clean. All the additional activities were so entertaining. Looking forward to staying here again and the extended family will be back also. We actually had three condos for everyone, mine was the best. Cant wait for 2023.

Lovely condo for Family visit

Overall we truely enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and had pretty much everything we needed. Only thing I can say that was negative was our clothes kept getting stuck in the drier causing some damage to them. I also wished there was an actual dresser in the master bedroom but made due without one. Emerald Coast Destinations were quick to come and fix the minor problems we addressed. We would love to book again for next year if the drier is replaced.

Our stay was good for the time of year. We communicated to the owner with the issues but we heard nothing back. The unit is dated and it’s my personal opinion that the unit needs updating (opinions are like a**holes).

Labor Day Stay

Our stay was very nice. The employees were super helpful. Property and condo clean. Close to attractions. Tried to reach property manager by email the last night of our stay to no avail. It’s just a good thing it was not emergency. Need a better way to communicate because that would make a person to think twice about leasing the condo.

Family vacation

Beautiful condo in an amazing location. Was just as described and pictured on line. There were 5 adults and one child and we had room to spare! The only thing I would suggest would be better cooking utensils for the kitchen, large serving spoons better spatulas. Also there was not a blow dryer. I have no complaints about our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to all, especially the cleaning staff, it looked great!

Winter vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beds were very comfortable, sofa and chairs dirty and needed to be replaced. Ceiling was falling off the balcony, shower and sink leaked and needed new knobs. Rugs very dangerous as they curled up and caused tripping. Location was good, rate was good

A few problems in Panama City Beach

Negatives:1.Lots of initial problems with lights, TVs & remotes. Felt apartment had been empty for months.2.A number of wall switches don’t seem to be connected to anything.3.A corporate apartment with no personal touches and missing items you must bring or buy.4.3 water outages and 2 warnings.5.Last weekend a neighbor apartment doing refurbishment all weekend.Some of these problems caused by apartment management.

Not very clean

We made the best out of the week we stayed but we definitely had a better place the time before. This condo was disgusting. Dirty underwear under the spare room, advil pills look to be spilt under the master bed, sand under the rugs about a inch thick, coffee grinds left in the coffee maker, fridges wasn’t even cleaned after the person before, hair caked on the walls in the shower, just simply not cleaned at all and more but those are most important. Condo has electrical issues 50% of plug-ins don’t work, door knob was coming off master room door, lock on the balcony door is hanging on by a whim. This condo needs a uplift. Definitely needs bigger washer and dryer to accommodate the number of people it allows. For the price for a week it was pretty sad to condition of this condo. Now for the plus, we never ran out of hot water, view was BEAUTIFUL, walls are sound proof for littles for nap time, the tiki bar is a #1. We made our stay enjoyable but the condo conditions wasn’t great.

Decent - but dated…

My issue is not so much with the condo itself, but the property grounds. We stayed the week of the 4th of July, and this property is not equipped to take on the large traffic of people or their vehicles. The parking lot is decent size, but when they hand parking passes out like candy during 4th of July week, things took a terrible turn. Midway through the week, the guard at the gate began to tell people to “park where ever we could as long as it wasn’t blocking the road.” At 2 am that night, we were woke up and told that our car was being towed unless we moved it. We were parked more than out of the way, and were also the only people asked to move their vehicle that night, while there were 30-40 other vehicles that were also parked illegally. Our dryer broke halfway through our stay, and also damaged some of our clothes. They were in the process of getting a new one, but it had not arrived by the time we checked out. It was the week of the 4th, so I know resources are limited at that time and understand things happen. If you’re planning to stay in this condo, or on Regency Tower grounds, be aware that there are only a total of 3 elevators. One each and each corner of the property, and one directly in the middle. During peak season, like the week we stayed, there are crazy wait times for elevators. As for the actual condo itself, it’s decent. Dated, but decent. It could use a solid deep clean, as it has not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time.

Great location that lost us with brokenness

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 of the 4 remotes didn’t work, so 2 of the 4 tvs were not used. Called the number on the email and they said they would send someone and no one ever came. You’d think, after putting in the emails “multiple” times, they would care more about a broken remote. This property is advertised that it sleeps 12 but only has 4 forks, 4 spoons and very few glass ware. We had to eat in shifts until I could get to WalMart. Not our favorite vacation by any means. Soap dish was broken in the guest bath and while that’s not a big deal, it’s razor sharp IN A WET AREA. Master bedroom door didn’t shut, so no privacy for our anniversary. Overall, it’s the lack of responsiveness. They were quick to email us to say we could stay another day but crickets on the remote issue. Considering how many times it was in our welcome emails.... We are waiting on a bill for the remotes, which were broken when we got there. Lady at the front desk (where you pay to park) was rude and very unhelpful, on the 1st day. It just set the tone for the whole place.
