The newly built pool is a refreshing addition to your vacation, with comfortable loungers to soak up some sun in the spacious outdoor area. The house is a short 1-minute walk to the beach and offers a bounty of open spaces and natural light. The welcoming open floor plan boasts a living area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV with a Soundbar, and a fully stocked kitchen for interactive dining and entertainment. The kitchen has everything that you need, including a slow cooker, a blender, a regular coffee maker, a cute 6-seater breakfast bar, and a peaceful scenery by the sink area.

The newly built pool is truly a show-stopper! Perfect for splish-splashing the hot days away or just chilling by the poolside. You can relax and unwind in your own private oasis, complete with comfortable loungers and plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. The pool can also be heated for a fee to enjoy in the evenings or during the colder months.

This well-appointed house can comfortably accommodate a family of 10. Both Master's and Guest Bedrooms boast a cozy king bed. The kids will also enjoy their space in the bunk room equipped with 2 sets of triple bunks. The Master Bedroom has its own En Suite Bath that can be accessed from the outside through an exterior door, while the Guest Bathroom shares a Jack 'n Jill Bath with the bunk room.

Enjoy a book or two and your early morning coffee at the cozy breakfast nook, or spend the lazy afternoons lounging on the spacious front porch—evening BBQ and drinks at the breezy Pavillion that overlooks the pool area. The house also includes complimentary access to a 6-seater golf cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach cart. You'll never run out of things to do! The carport can park up to 2 vehicles, and the laundry area is in the outside shed. A lot of outdoor space for fun and play!!!
