My boyfriend and I celebrated my graduation here and it was absolutely amazing. Beautiful view and everything is walking distance! Very clean and everyone was nice! We loved it and definitely recommend!

Great location!

This is the second property I’ve stayed at with this rental company, and I will use them from now on! Great communication process, very clean and SPACIOUS unit, such close proximity to great restaurants. Perfect unit for a party of two, or even a family of four with the pull out sofa.

Short family get away

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for 3 days and it was amazing to us. It was clean and cool and the balcony was amazing. The owner made things quick and easy. Check in was easy, and we were able to check in a little early. Checking out was even easier and we checked out right on time. My kids loves the pull out bed they are 4&7. We loved staying here. 5/5 would recommend

Nice condo right across from the beach.

The condo was as listed, a very comfortable bed, nice kitchen area and seating area. Went to the beautiful beach every day, a very short walk out the front door and across the street and you are on the sand. Walked to a couple of restaurants and walked a little further to Pier Park. Would stay here again. One note, the unit is a little limited with utensils and dishes for cooking. Fortunately we brought some items.

Spacious and great location

The property management company is not going to communicate through VRBO. I failed to download the app they sent to me (my bad) via email which included outside door codes, initial instructions, and the WiFi password. I received a txt message the day of giving me the code to the condo itself but the txt stated that I could change the code upon my arrival. This was completely inaccurate. You cannot change the code. The mattress is very firm so that might not be for everyone. It was fine for us. Make sure you bring ALL essentials like soap and shampoo. The condo did have one small bar of soap and a mini travel size shampoo and conditioner. Luckily we didn’t forget anything in that department. We did not plan on cooking throughout our stay but the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and dishes had we planned on cooking. There is a regular coffee pot in the condo. I personally prefer a Keurig but there’s a Starbucks on site which was a win win for me. The beach is right across the street and there are restaurants within walking distance. The condo was quiet and we overall enjoyed our trip. It’s perfect for couples looking to have a relaxing vacation.

Decent stay for a quick getaway

Check in was very simple. Condo was nice just wasn’t as clean as I hoped (my socks were filthy by the end of the day after walking on the floors) and the bathroom needs updating. Other than that, everything was decent.

Very nice condo, easy to beach.

Very clean and nice. Very convenient location. Easy to beach and close to restaurants-walking distance. Room was nice and roomy. Pool area nice. Only complaint is security is a little over the top with parking. We had a larger vehicle-parked over lines and received a violation, moved and received another for not having the correct permit for the correct lot. Be careful not to bring cooler with snacks to pool--had to take that back. They were not nice about it. But overall, room was perfect. Owner has done nice job decorating, easy process, very nice for price, steps to beach, would def stay again. Had no problems with elevators as others had reviewed they had to wait-we didn't. Had a nice time.

Loved the location. Easy in and out. Bed was very hard and that might be okay for some, but we didn't like that. Couch was ok, but also a pull out so we did expect that. Had trouble with the VCR, but everything else was spacious and well appointed. We loved having carpet as it felt more homey!
