It's easy to cook up something delicious in the full kitchen and enjoy it at the breakfast bar - or just take it out to the private balcony and gaze out onto the water. Central air conditioning and three ceiling fans in the condo will keep everyone comfortable. A TV in each bedroom will help with settling down at night. When everyone isn't kicking back in the room or enjoying the beach, you can enjoy access to the shared pool, tennis court, and basketball court. In this serene setting, it's easy to relax!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
