Guest Access:
✅Two (2) free parking spaces are available directly in front of the townhouse. No parking garages or elevators to deal with!
✅You have access to the full townhouse and all amenities within Gulf Highlands, according to their availability at the time of your visit. Gate code opens all gates in the complex, such as private beach access.
✅You will have a unique code assigned at check in for keyless entry to the townhouse.
Other Details to Note:
✅Security cameras are located at the front doorbell and back patio areas for your safety.
✅Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors as you enjoy your vacation.
✅ Pets are welcome! Dogs only, max 2 per HOA guidelines. $150 pet fee.
✅ Tampering with cameras or WiFi will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
✅Florida is a tropical destination with lizards, frogs, and bugs outdoors. I can not control nature but have recurring, professional pest control services to prevent pest issues in the townhouse. Refunds will not be given for pests that fly in or run in when the door is open. Please keep doors and windows closed, and seal and store food properly so pests are not attracted inside.
