Welcome to Southern Seaside Cottage & Carriage House, a newly remodeled luxury retreat where modern coastal style meets classic Southern charm. Perfectly situated in beautiful Inlet Beach and just steps from the edge of Rosemary Beach, this elegant beach home comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests across two connected residences. With high-end finishes, a private pool, and a prime location near the Gulf, it offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and laid-back luxury.

On the first floor of the main house, the open-concept layout connects a spacious living area with a gourmet kitchen and dining space. A large sectional sofa anchors the living room, offering the perfect place to gather for movie nights or afternoon naps. The kitchen features luxury appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, KitchenAid range, and wine fridge. Sliding doors lead to a serene, enclosed courtyard with a private heated pool, ideal for sunny afternoons or quiet evenings under the stars. A half bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience.

Upstairs on the second floor, two stylish king bedrooms each offer ensuite bathrooms, along with a charming twin bunk nook that provides a cozy hideaway for children. This level also includes a laundry area and access to a spacious wraparound porch that extends the living space outdoors.

The third floor features two more luxurious king suites, both with private ensuite bathrooms. Each room is designed with tranquility in mind, offering smart TVs, plush bedding, and refined décor. This floor serves as a peaceful retreat for rest and privacy at the end of each day.

The carriage house adds flexible living space with its own full kitchen, living area with a sleeper sofa, and a private queen bedroom. Sliding glass doors open to the courtyard and pool, creating a seamless connection between the two homes. Upstairs, guests will find a quiet queen suite with a private ensuite bath and peaceful views of the pool below.

Great location, good for large groups.

Loved the location of this house -- easy walk to the beach and restaurants (Donut Hole, Shades, etc). Beds and linens were very comfortable (so happy about that!) and there was plenty of space for us. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and the outside grill was nice, keep in mind you'll need to buy or bring all seasonings that you need if you plan on cooking like we did. We also couldn't get the dish washer to work but that could have been user error (didn't ask management, we hand washed everything). All in all very happy with our stay and we hope to use the property again next year!
