Welcome to Edgewater 1203-1, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom penthouse that offers the ultimate beachfront getaway. This luxurious retreat boasts breathtaking Gulf views and an expansive private terrace, perfect for morning coffees, sunset dinners, or simply lounging in the sun. Step inside and be greeted by spacious, elegantly designed living areas, where modern amenities meet coastal charm. The open-concept layout ensures everyone can gather comfortably, whether you're cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing in the stylish living room. Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished to provide a serene oasis, complete with plush bedding and en-suite bathrooms for privacy and convenience. Large windows throughout the penthouse allow natural light to flood in, highlighting the spectacular views from nearly every room. There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply. Must register prior to arrival.

This was the worst condo I have stayed in. The furniture is old & dirty. The mattresses were dirty & old. I will never stay at Edgewater again that would let an owner let a condo get in this shape which is a reflection on them.TERRIBLE!!!

We recently stayed at this condo and while the location was nice, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. The upstairs pull-out "bed" was so uncomfortable that it couldn’t be used, which forced us to rearrange sleeping arrangements. Forcing my mother to share a king room with my 18 year old daughter. That second king bedroom also had no bathroom door, so we had to purchase a shower curtain for a little privacy. The master shower drain backed up almost immediately, leaving us standing in water while showering. On top of that, the unit was not as clean as expected on arrival, though housekeeping did come back to change bedding and clean a chair that both had white crusty stuff on it. We booked a 4-bedroom condo, but with the unusable pull-out and other problems, it really felt like only three bedrooms were functional. When we contacted the rental company about these issues, they told us they were already aware of them but there was nothing they could do. They even admitted they’ve had many complaints about the pull-out bed and have been asking the owner to replace it with a real bed, but the owner refuses.Overall, this was very disappointing given the price. With some basic updates and better upkeep, the condo could be a great place to stay—but until then, guests should be aware of these ongoing issues.

The most disappointing thing was finding out we didn’t have beach chairs/umbrella. 1st condo in 15 years of us going that didn’t come with that. Everything else was minor- toilet was not clean, pillows were flat, some bathrooms only had 1 towel. No hangers in closet and some rooms didn’t have a dresser to put clothes in so we had to buy hangers. The ironing board was broken and iron was leaking rusty water. They did send us a new iron and ironing board and 1 pkg of hangers. They told us towels should be under the sink like we wouldn’t have thought to check there. There were not any so we had to buy more. Also air conditioner didn’t circulate well and shower was not clean. Also outdoor lighting was not working.

Everything was fantastic except for two showers would stop up when in use causing us to have to stand in dirty water for the duration of the shower. Tried to contact owner but no reply.

Thunder beach week

Everything went great. Free trailer parking for thw weeks of Thunder Beach. Condo has plenty of room. Up stairs only has a pull out, it really needs a bed. We bought a blow up mattress and everything worked out.
