Winter break

Everything was wonderful. The condo was just as the photos show. We like the location as it is walking distance to Pier Park. The facility is always well kept and the on sight personnel are always cheerful and helpful.

Good location. I was worried about the elevators, but the longest we had to wait was 20 minutes. The beds were very comfortable! Loved sitting on the balcony!

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The elevator situation wasn't the best at times but Tidewater staff worked to alleviate some of the congestion at busy times.

Condo was nice, well equipped, clean, with comfortable beds. Only negative was very slow elevator service due to high volume of people. 30 minute wait at one point.staff was friendly and property was well maintained.

We had an amazing stay!

Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay. The unit was just as advertised and it was the perfect space for us with a gorgeous view. The king bed is very firm, as we had seen in the comments of others, so put your firm bed sleepers there.

Great condo!

Stayed comfortably with a group of 7. Cozy beds, fresh decor, and clean rooms were great. The beach was incredible but the pools were not heated which would have been nice for the colder days. Over all a great vacation.

We had a great time during our stay! Would stay again. The only thing was the crosswalk was closed so you do have to cross the street after parking in the parking garage. For us it was no problem at all, but just FYI for others

Wonderful vacation rental

Our stay overall was great! The room was exactly as described and fit my family perfectly. We had everything we needed. All staff members were super nice and helpful. The resort was kept clean each day. The elevators do get slow at times especially on weekends when you have many people checking in and leaving. But that is the only negative comment I can say. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Condo for our Vacation Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Tidewater. This condo had everything we needed and more. We had zero issues so there was no need to contact the managers. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely book again next time we come to Panama City.

Great Vacation!

We loved the condo and the resort! It worked perfectly for our family and the third bathroom was perfect for the young girls. Our only minor complain was the elevator congestion at times, but that was due to elevator maintenance and not an ongoing issue with the condo or resort. Highly recommend!

No Cancer Getaway

This property was perfect for us. We had 3 elderly parents, 2 young adult children, and then my wife and I. It fit all of our sleeping needs, restrooms, beach viewing area, and nearby attractions. The owner was over accommodating from the get go. It was originally a 4 person trip. Then, we had no one to watch my Mother in law, then our kids wanted to show up and surprise my mother who has been dealing with cancer. The owner just said, bring them on. I can’t say thank you enough.
