Post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (including children and infants of all ages). Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection—NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit card).
NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL TIME while on the property for safety
