Decent rental close to the beach

The walk to the beach is very quick from here and having access to a private section is nice. The home was pretty clean with a comfy living space and kitchen. We found a few roaches dying here and there, but that is expected with pesticides in Florida weather. The customer service response to this was that it's normal, so take that as you will. The kitchen had minimal appliances- microwave, blender. New stove and fridge which was nice to use. Outside shower for sand was a plus as well. All in all, nice, cool place to come back to after the beach/Pier Park and you can see the ocean from the living room!

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy

Terrible!

We were able to check in early because cleaners were done. They said. Enter location to a smelly toilet FULL of poop! Contacted management by phone and text. Sending someone out. We were finally relocated the following evening. No one ever came to resolve the issue. Disappointed with management. Rented because it was dog friendly. We had to put our 15 year old girl to sleep the night before our trip. Asked for my pet deposit and cleaning fees back. As of two weeks later. Still no refunds. I called them after our return to find out my case had been closed. It has been reopened. Still waiting. This location needs a lot of work before it needs to be rented out again. No rods or shelves in one of the closets. Light bulbs. What is it with over half the bulbs OUT. Need NEW cleaners if that was clean. 3 of the 4 folding chairs torn. I will not recommend them again
