Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo that is walking distance to the beach. Newly remodeled and in the perfect location with just a short drive to Pier Park and 30A.

Previously a 5 Star property on VRBO - now self managed by private owners.

The Emerald Coast in Florida is known to have some of the nicest beaches in the world, and your front door will be just a short walk to 27 mile stretch of sugary white sand beach with turquoise waters.

We had a wonderful time. Property met expectations. Quite and easy access to surrounding businesses, pool, etc. Walk to the beach was fun. We would definitely consider returning. Property was clean. We loved it.

It was clean! Everything needed for stay was there-towels, sheets even a fan upstairs etc… we were there for World Series softball it was a few miles from frank brown park. No issue with parking, pool was nice. Easy to communicate with owner when I had questions.

Nice condo for our Spring Break. Communication was great, always received a quick response. The area was perfect for us because it was more families than the rowdy croud. Condo was clean, pool was nice and it was a beautiful beach. Thanks for sharing!!
