The first floor embodies the home’s contemporary beachy aesthetic, featuring hardwood flooring, modern appliances, and casual coastal décor in an open-concept layout.

The living area is designed for both entertainment and relaxation, with a large TV and ample seating—ideal for cozy movie nights or gathering with loved ones. Each bedroom also has its own flat-screen TV, ensuring no one has to battle for the remote! Seacrest Beach Community Check-in Procedure:
Before arrival, guests must complete an online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. This form will ask for the following details:

Number of adults (11 & older) and children (10 & younger)
Year, make, model, color, and tag number of all vehicles parking at the residence
After completing the registration, you’ll receive directions for picking up your wristbands before check-in, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.
