Parking was not the best but its like that with most all the beach front properties. For the age of the building it was in pretty good shape. Ceiling had some stains but is to be expected with a pool/ocean near by i guess.

I didn't get the room I requested with a kitchenette, but the stay was still absolutely wonderful.. I wish there was more parking available with the resort instead of limited parking with the rest across the street, but that was not a big issue. I still would recommend Bikini Beach Resort and would definitely stay again. The view from our room was wonderful.

It had a great view of the beach! The hotel itself was old and outdated, beds wasnt that comfortable but the view made up for it. It was very noisy and even though i dont drink, the bat closed at like 4pm. Everyone there was complaining about that. Overall, the hotel itself is mmmmhhhh... but the gulf and beach view are great!

No bugs . It was a clean room. It had a great kitchen but needed a bigger refrigerator. It was set up up great. Great view of ocean. Things I didn't like. TV was broken when arrived and they replaced it. Refrigerator was froze up but we had to unplug for 2 hours he said and so it worked after that. Comode handle had to jeld down yo flush. Usb port on lamp didn't work. Outlet behind nightstand wasn't secure to wall. Outside door to balcony needed some TLC. Sink stopper didn't work.

Worse hotel i've ever stayed at. Checked in about 3:30 and hit the beach then went to dinner. When we got back and turned on the lights on cockroaches fleed everywhere. We pack up and reported it to the front desk. They move us to a different room. This one was disgustingly dirty. Mold on the furnishings and a black rim of dirt around the edges of the entire room. Mini fridge was rusted out and the wall by the patio door was busted in. Brought our stuff straight to the car and asked for a refund. Still fighting for it. Found a differnt hotel far away from that infested property.

This was the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in. Got there late, made our way around the back to find our room but there was no lighting. Had to use our phone flashlight to find our room. There was trash piled up outside of our room from the last tenants. The cute matching lounge chairs did not exist that were in the pictures. They were two mismatched, beat-up lawn chairs. Got into the room and the light switches didn't work. Turned on the lights only to be even more disappointed. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. Pictures show a beautiful white kitchenette with a stove, microwave, fridge. We had one cabinet that was brown and beat up. I have seen better furniture on the side of the road. I have never been more disappointed. Carpet was dirty- we had to wear our shoes the whole time. Walls were scuffed and banged up. Our curtains didn't close all the way. I immediately tried searching for a new hotel but there was nothing else available, so we were stuck there. They do not have pool towels. You have to trade out your room towels with the front desk every time you need new towels for something. Then, the towels we did get were stained with yellow stains. The staff wasn't very helpful or informative. We stayed for two very miserable nights. I paid extra for ocean view with a balcony. It does say "balcony/patio" and of course we got the patio, my fault for not paying attention to that part. Everything just felt very dirty and we were ALL very disappointed.

Old and ran down. Not worth the money I spent. Cleanliness of room was disgusting. Had to ask 3 times for room services. Lady who checked us in was rude and rude to my kid. It was clean and orderly, but We booked a balcony room two months in advance and when we got there, we were in room 213 which is rock smack in front of the tiki hut bar and the palm trees. We were there for our 11 year anniversary, and my husband specifically asked for the balcony and we tried to switch rooms The whole time we were there, but they said they didn’t have any how we known we would’ve paid $700 for three nights for a balcony room. We would’ve just chosen another room or another hotel.

The property is very dated. The main door only worked when it wanted to and when it did was very hard to open. There was no closet and my daughter’s feet were filthy after walking on the carpet. The shower handle was very loose and no cold water in the sink. The only thing good was the view. The pool wasn’t opened when we were there. Had to pay for ice! The only nice person there was the night girl who checked us in. We will not be staying again.
