Each space has its own private full bath. Private walk down to the beach is shared with only one other home which ensures the maximum amount of privacy. Beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily by La Dolce Via who also rents bikes, paddle boards, Kayaks and can arrange a Bonfire on the beach for you. A private outdoor shower with cold and hot running water is surrounded by a small play area with artificial turf. Unlike crowded beach towns on 30A, Carillon Beach has a private entry with 24 hour security. You can let your kids explore on their own and feel safe, yet you are less than 3 miles from Rosemary Beach. Carillon Beach offers a full range of amenities including 3 pools (see the photo with the map showing proximity to the closest pool), tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, and a downtown shopping area with a pizza and ice cream shop.
