Seychelles is located in the quite east side of Panama City Beach less than one mile from Saint Andrews Park and the marina where you can catch the shuttle to fabulous Shell Island. Pier Park is a short drive away. For dining, the famous Schooners restaurant with nightly entertainment is adjacent to the condominium and Captain Andersons, J Michaels, Patches and The Grand Marlin are all located within one mile.
Please note that parking is limited to one vehicle per condo unit starting Thursday of Memorial Day Weekend till last Saturday of July and Thursday thru Monday of Labor Day Weekend. Parking restrictions are also in effect during events being held next door at Schooners. This condo is not pet friendly per HOA rules not allowing guests to have pets along with owner family allergies.
