「Wonderful stay at an original 60’s like motel that we stayed in back then. Owners greeted us - locally owned not a franchise. Very personable. Rooms are furnished with vintage 60’s but new beds, ac and smart tv. Clean and we slept great. Would stay there again. Even received a bag of goodies at checkout. Unique place with a couple trying to make a go of it and they’re doing a good job.」

「I have been staying at this hotel in Synder TX for 15+ years. Ever since it opened! So I have seen it change over time. Most of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basically clean and put together for a roadside hotel. The breakfast has some hot and cold items, and is adequate for a quick meal. The area around the hotel always seems pretty safe. 「This is the 2nd time we have stayed and it just gets better. The room is clean, very well stocked of shower and sink necessities. They don't even skimp on toilet paper. AC is cold and you have a nice refrigerator and microwave. The bed has 5 pillows with all the outlets you would need. The location is a little odd in a corner but if you get there early enough or hang out in Dalhart for a day; there are lots of dining options within walking distance.
