"The staff is very helpful and kind. Their elevators were down and it was a little difficult to get to our room - again, the front desk was incredibly helpful in trying to accommodate. We did love that they were pet friendly but the carpet had a lot of stains. Our dog kept returning to a big spot on the carpet and the corner of the bed (he didn't add to it 😄). The bathtub was also stained.
The room is very spacious and worked well for having a service dog with us.
The outdoors is well kept and has a lot of grass for dogs to do their business (it would be nice if everyone was courteous and picked up after their pet - we stepped in poo twice)."
