「Property was clean but a bit worn out. These Zook cabins are cool but they don't hold up to wear and tear like they advertise. Lots of gaps in the tung and groove, there seemed to be a draft in the bathroom. We didn't stay long enough to make any meals in the kitchen but everything looked functional. Overall it was a good stay over.」

「It was the perfect place for us to be. The view was excellent at sunrise. A few longhorn cattle visited us late one evening. We had our privacy from other guests, too. The cabin was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Very good use of every space! Would highly recommend a stay, especially if you plan to attend the musical “Texas” which is performed down in Palo Duro Canyon in the summer months. Outstanding performance and extra special as the play is celebrating its 60th year...
