“The location was clean and very convenient. The listing stated there was a king bed and it was a queen. I know it may seem silly but I booked that room specifically for a king and paid a little more than the other properties with a queen. The management company was very communicative and allowed early check in which was nice. The only thing I would say is in the check in email where they give the door code they also should include the door code to the outside door. Loved that it was dog……

“This was the worst experience I have ever had at a rental. Arrived to a very run-down looking ‘outbuilding’ with green mold on the outside and peeling paint. Inside looked a little better but we had 4 live cockroaches in 4 days and a train horn that blows often through the night. We requested to leave and have our remaining nights refunded due to the issues. At first, the host agreed. Then bc I had a recliner brought in for my surgical recovery (which he approved), he would not refund any nights……
