「Loved the location for our universal studios stay! Close enough that we could take our ebikes even. The host was great, we had to call him to check in because they had recently replaced the thing where you dial in, but he was very prompt and helpful! The parking when we got there was a little tough, there's just street parking, but we were able to move closer in the morning.」

「Property is in a nice location, convenient to a lot of restaurants, the mall, Six Flags, and in close proximity to I-5. Property feels very secure with gated parking and gated entry points to the property. Spacious condo. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.」

「My 3rd time staying there and I’ll return. My favorite place to stay in LA」

「The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.」

「The condo is nice and clean. Host is so nice to answer all my questions. Make sure you find host's check in information on vrbo. It's a little bit not that straightforward.」

「Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.」

「Highly recommend this vacation home! The team was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, and we had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!」

「We enjoyed the updated fixtures and the layout of the place! Ari was also quick to answer any questions we had. We’d be happy to stay here again! 」

「This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...

「They contacted me at 3 to tell me I could check in. The place was supposed to be ready by then but there was no updated notice until the last minute. The unit was dusty or grimy throughout. Needs a good scrubbing. There was one window which did not open. And it was next to impossible to get the blackout shade to open. Not that you would want to open it because it looked out onto a frightening alley. This should be represented in the description. The AC did not work. When I contacted Peter about...

「Host was great, communicated well throughout. Property was very clean, spacious andexceptionally comfortable. We could walk to restaurants. We attended Rose Bowl parade and it turned out to be very convenient for that event. It's also close to Huntington gardens and museums. We landed in a good place in this condo! 」

「The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place」

「Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. 」

「Great trip! Wonderful host!I was traveling with my 17 year old daughter to visit colleges! Great location! Loved have a covered safe parking space! Pool! Tall ceilings and lots of light with the wall to wall windows!! I will definitely book again!!」

「I should have read the previous reviews, would have saved us a HUGE headache with trying to find another place to stay. "Host" does not give any info to actually stay at propery. Never answered calls or messages. Had to get VRBO involved so the host would finally contact me. Said they'd call me back in 5 minutes acting like they had no clue about this booking and was confused as to which property. Never called back and continued to ignore calls and messages. By the afternoon, we see that they...

「Management let us know well in advance that the property we rented had a water issue. They moved us to another property next door that was similar but better too. Great views, all amenities, and constant checked on us to make sure things were okay. We did have a clogged sink and they were out there quickly to resolve the issue. I was a bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews but management went above and beyond to make sure our trip was successful.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!」
