「Nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement réservé. Et ceci sans nous prévenir, nous avons eu 1 appartement mal entretenu, sombre et avec des pb d'électricité, sale.. Très décevant malgré un service correct... 」

「The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof.」
