“Staff was great. Convenient location. Toilet lever was broke and I had asked for extra towels and didn’t get them. The beds could be softer. It was very quiet and the blackout shades were great.”

“This hotel is always a good stay. Front clerk could have been friendly. Bartender was nice. Breakfast was not so great. Turkey sausage in water, gross! Vegetables also in water, yuck! Egg muffins were ok. Scones and muffins were ok. Coffee was great!”

“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called……

“We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. ”

“I appreciated the price provided through Expedia, however; I asked for a one hour extension of my room so I didn't have to be at airport so early the day of check out. The staff said it would cost me an additional $50 (half the price of the one night stay I benefited via Expedia)so I opted to go to airport the extra hour...it would have been more fair at $25.”

“No hotel staff had to go next door to register. No coffee or breakfast. Outside entry rooms. Very noisy at 5 am perhaps when road worker were blasting music and speaking right outside our room”
