Perfect gem !

Lovely quiet hotel in the middle of cafes , bars and restaurants. A traditional hotel with unique vibe to it unlike a branded hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Best place in Paphos old town

The best place I’ve stayed in Cyprus by far. Couldn’t fault a thing. Was welcomed by the most generous people who went above and beyond in their hospitality. Highly recommend

Middle of paphos which was actually really nice. Around the corner from the train station. Had a glass of wine with George. He makes great pastries with the breakfast. Everything traditional. Glad I got to stay here.

may be noisy at night since it is in the tourist area. Very authentic- both building and rooms. There is a kettle in the room and a cooler with drinking water. The breakfast is very good . Far from the sea - hardly can be used for beach holiday. No problem for late check in .

Have stayed several times and each time in different room, the fist one was also the best once, very big and with the balcony . So the room is a kind of a lottery . The place is very clean and with a character, Water cooler , kettle and the fridge are available. A good place to start your holiday at Paphos due to location the old town , Beach is about 30 minutes walking or 15 minutes by the bus

Great ambiente, like a museum inside the old house which is in the owners family since many generations. Traditional and very delicouse greek/cypres dinner and a wide variety of dishes for breakfast. And, also important for wine-lovers, Kiniras red wine is great and very tasty. We are fully satisfied with the kindness, tips and service of the owner and his stuff.

If you wish to have 5 stars surroudings, perhaps you will not get it here. But the staff’s hospitality, authentic background and kitchen will leave the unforgettable impression.

Expedia has screwed up the booking and it only came through as one room on the system but the owner said no problem and gave us the two rooms anyway and said he would sort out with Expedia. Nice food as well and friendly service

The hotel is located in the old town of Paphos and has a very unique style of decoration - there are some other restaurants nearby, but the Kiniras's own restaurant has such a high quality with traditional regional dishes that one doesn't have to leave the hotel in the evenings. The hotel is also close to Karavella Bus Station for Intercity Bus connections to Limassol and Nicosia as well as local bus services to the region. There is a bus stop nearby for the 618 to the Harbour Station

Description not correct

Description is misleading the hotel in on a pedestrian street and very hard to find. The free parking is 5 minutes walk in a public car park. When we arrived at 3pm they hadn’t got our reservation and eventually we were given a small room with a shower which needed a good overall. We booked a room with a sunken bath, a fridge which we got neither also blackout blind which there wasn’t ant just shutters which didn’t close all the way so still let light in early morning. Very basic and very basic breakfast which was ok

Traditional Cypriot hospitality in a wonderful setting. You are in real Cyprus, the history of the building, the warm welcome, the wonderful food and the simple generosity of the hosts. Long may it continue to welcome visitors to the real Cyprus.
