"Excellent hôtel, très bien situé dans Ottawa. Le service était excellent et la chambre était propre & très belle. Contrairement aux autres commentaires que j'avais lu, nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit environnant. Je recommande tout a fait cet hôtel et j'y retournerais sans hésiter. Seul bémol, la piscine est petite où seulement 2 chaises longues sont disponibles, le sauna ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour et il n'y avait plus de peignoir disponible à la réception. Nous étions un peu déçus, car nous avions choisi l'hôtel pour cette commodité entre autre. En général, tout était super et le stationnement était très pratique malgré son prix."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great view over the river from the 18th floor. Access to the shopping mall from the 3rd floor was great. I did not have to go outside into the cold weather. 😊"
