「Super quiet location. We had a good rest after traveling a lot. Nice apartment, groceries nearby, kitchen was really nice to use. Water access nearby, tour boats close. Would stay again.」

「This lovely home is in a residential and picturesque neighbourhood. It was exactly what we wanted, very clean and quiet. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. We enjoyed exploring the area, especially Quidi Vidi Brewery and the food trucks at the harbour.」

「The location of the site was close enough (15 minutes) to downtown and amenities by car. Inside the property was clean, and modern but was unfinished and unpolished. We could make do with the cooking supplies (ie crepe pan or a pot for cooking eggs). Curb appeal could also use some cleaning up. Weeds coming up through the front steps and broken patio furniture first greets you. There were no toiletries or hair dryer but communication with the owner was good that he ran it over.」

「Room wasn't properly cleaned and made ready. Issue was resolved easily enough. It would be a nice stay in the summer but it's not easily accessible and if there are people above it can be loud. Also, the thermostat settings for a basement apartment in Newfoundland in February need to be changed. You wake frozen」
