This property is fantastic! Greg was so warm and welcoming that we will definitely be staying again. The property is beautiful and relaxing- the perfect place to catch one's breath. Getting to spoil Foxy (the pup), Vanilla (the pup), Sasafrass (the cat) and all the cows on the farm was exactly what the doctor ordered! :) And a grateful shout-out to Paula, the neighbor, who was also helpful and sweet. Honestly, this was the best experience we've had in Lancaster despite visiting numerous times before. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Greg and Beth!

The property was beautiful. The temperature of the house was great. The bathrooms were a plus. Having 2 bathrooms with 3 women was an added bonus. We already decided we would love to come back! Visiting the area for the first time in many years. We arrived late on a Friday evening after driving for 5 hours. The directions and check-in process was exact and easy. Sleeping in on Saturday morning... so quiet... before we went out to explore Lancaster County. The apartment is everything as advertised - close enough to be convenient to all the area has to offer, but also far enough to be so quiet under the stars with only the cows, donkeys, and goats as neighbors. So clean and welcoming with the bonus of 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms to make getting ready in the mornings even easier. Definitely one of the best we've stayed in and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless! The kitchen has everything needed to make meals and the full size refrigerator was great for our fresh fruit and snacks. The bathrooms were super clean and the towels were nice and fluffy. Plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the recliner. The whole apartment was nicely arranged and lovingly decorated. This is a quality place to stay!It is also conveniently located to Sight and Sound Theater and other interesting places to visit. Our hostess gave clear, easy to follow directions to locate their home. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area.

Always a relaxing place to stay!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it's absolutely a hidden gem. Many amenities, comfy beds, wonderful showers with good pressure, games galore and overall, quite inviting. The host is just a text away if you have any questions. We just love this place!

My husband and I had planned a weekend away around a concert at American Music Theater. We wanted something close to all the activities we planned, but a quiet retreat to come back to. That's just what we got, and couldn't be more pleased. Besides the concert, we did a lot of antique shops. Lots of nice ones in the area. We spent time around the fire outside and saw both sunset & sunrise. Absolutely gorgeous. The starry sky was also very enjoyable. The cows, goats, donkeys and Nilla, the neighbor's friendly dog were a quite nice to have around as well. I highly recommend this place. The inside was immaculate and charming.
