Just a breath away from the beautiful sandy beach of Pernera in Protaras this contemporary four bedroom villa offers space, privacy and easy access to all amenities.
A stay in this villa would be perfect for anybody who wishes to relax a stone's throw from endless blue of the Mediterranean.
This villa features a large living area with sliders opening out to patio perfect for outdoor dining and spacious well-maintained swimming pool area.
Upstairs are amazing en-suite master bedroom, another one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and family bathroom with shower cabin.
Fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, free wifi and satellite TV, free parking, this villa is the perfect place to enjoy every minute of your holiday.
The site is just a few minutes walking distance from the main Pernera Square, where a number of shops, restaurants and bars can be found.

Great villa,slightly tired but then again it was late in the season.Lacked a few items in the kitchen but not a problem.The location is brilliant 3 min walk to a wonderful beach,restaurants within meters,supermarkets all close by,Off road parking.The outside area is spacious even with eight people.The communication with villa2let is also greatWe did not need to contact them during our stay but always felt they are at hand if needed.Have had lots of villa holidays over the years and villas2let and Anemona are up there with the best of them.Great experience will definitely use again.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Anemona! Everyone loved the Villa, only complaint from teenagers was the wi-fi kept dropping.Location was excellent, no car required. Lots of restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. Bus stop up the road to access Protaras and Ayia Napa which run every 10 mins or so. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach and promenade. Villa was very clean and we had a mid-stay clean too.Would 100% recommend this villa and we will return one day!
