Inside, the villa has a modern yet comfortable design with the open plan living and dining area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, so plenty of space for all the family. Double doors lead from the kitchen directly out onto the pool terrace meaning alfresco dining is a must! Also on the ground floor is a separate W/C. Upstairs, the master bedroom has the added bonus of access to a veranda whilst also featuring a double bed and en-suite shower room. There are another 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds.
Outside the private and enclosed garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool surrounded by sun-loungers as well as an umbrella and covered terrace for that all important shade from the midday summer sun. A patio table and chairs as well as a built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
