Overall the terrace is spacious, tiled and flat. There are 2 steps to access the pool area via the back door, however access via the patio doors doesn't require step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor where the bedroom door (first on the right) is 79cm wide. The door to the shower is 90cm wide, but access to the bath via the door is 55cm wide.
