Spacious accommodation with leisure activities and outdoor space

Located in the outbuildings of a historic castle, this spacious 140 m² gîte (holiday cottage) is spread over two levels and offers generous living spaces ideal for stays with family or friends. Upon entering, the open-plan living area combines a welcoming lounge with a functional kitchen and sitting area. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: three with two single beds (90 cm each) and one with a queen-size bed (160 cm), ensuring everyone can find their own comfortable space. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, two separate toilets, and a large relaxation lounge with a pool table complete the accommodation. The private terrace, garden furniture, griddle, and modern amenities, including Wi-Fi and a full range of appliances, guarantee a convenient and enjoyable stay. A vast 80-hectare private park with a pond offers opportunities for all ages to enjoy outdoor activities, from table tennis and badminton to billiards and pétanque. Just minutes away, charming villages, gourmet restaurants, and hiking trails reveal the richness of the Loire Valley, a generous region where nature and heritage blend authentically. This holiday home in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region captivates with its peaceful atmosphere, the warm welcome of its owners, and the rare feeling of enjoying a privileged stay in the heart of a family estate steeped in history—ideal for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway.
