“Definitely recommended choice if you visit Gent, the bread and cakes in the breakfast are all fresh made, the bed are the best I had so far. One night we had someone banging on our door at 3am, the staff took our call and came up to check immediately and took care of it. Oh, and the self-laundry machine is very useful that you could change the language to understand what options you have.”

“Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything.”

“La réservation et les consignes sont claires et simples à appliquer, l'appartement est plutôt bien situé mais il faut quand mm le vélo pour aller au centre, il est dans un endroit calme mais le voisinage est bruyant et on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. il y a eu pas mal de bruit de meuble, de personne en soirée en plein milieu de la nuit mais heureusement ca n'a pas réveillé les enfants. Dans l'appartement, il y a tout le nécessaire (liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon,...), c'est……

“The property is nice and good value in a great location. The one disappointment is that there was zero communication. Everything was communicated through AI bots. I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. Go prepared to have no help when needed.”

“Pros: excelente ubicacion, espacio agradable, buen tamaño de habitacion. Cons: poca limpieza, el acceso para la habitacion es confuso, por un lado te mandan el codigo de la keybox que no coinicide y por otro te dan el del codigo de la puerta digital, de no ser por encontrar el codigo de la puerta digital en la aplicacion no logro entrar y en el telefono que ponen no contestan”

“I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? I posted the photos of our room but good old……

“We loved the location. Everything was tidy and clean. The kitchen is huge, and some of the bedrooms are basically small apartments, leaving a very positive impression on all of our visitors. Supermarkets are within a 15-minute range, and the restaurant next door offered meals for a large group of people”
