Great property with 2 bedrooms. Location is lovely with restaurants, bakeries etc nearby and transport. Beds very comfortable and great pillows. Very bright and spacious.

Slightly disappointing

Whilst the location is good near the metro and restaurants within walking distance the condition of the flat was tired and could easily be improved. 'How many Pick-a-flat members does it take to change a light bulb?' The answer is that we don't know. We reported issues with lighting and collapsed shelves when we arrived but these were not resolved before we left. In addition there was a nasty smell in the entrance hall and bathroom and serious mould in the corner of kitchen/diner which obviously hadn't been attended to in the cleaning process. I requested recompense for the obvious lack of cleaning and despite chasing for over a week, the only answer has been that 'it has been referred to management'. This has left us with a nasty taste in the mouth and we will be avoiding booking through Pick-a-flat in the future.

Nous avions demandé 6 chaises pour notre week-end à l'avance. Nous n'avons jamais eu les chaises demandées. D'autre part, les photos de l'appartement étaient très belles et l'appartement semblait très propre. En arrivant, mauvaise surprise, les murs très abîmés, appartement loin d'être propre (saleté, plafond et mur taché...) Poignée d'une fenêtre prête à tomber, vis pour tenir la serrure de la porte de la cuisine. Mauvais retour concernant cet appartement ou nous sommes très déçus d'être passé par ABRITEL. Je me poserai la question de passer par vous pour ma prochaine location de vacances...

4 night November stay

We had a great stay at this accommodation. Everything was in close proximity, the M9 train was a 2 minute walk away (takes you straight to the Eiffel Tower). There’s a also supermarket nearby. The property was clean and kept warm.
