An Exceptional 2-BR/2BA in Le Marais

Located rue Sainte-Apoline in the Marais between Republique and Montorgueil, this sublime 85m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

This luxurious apartment is equipped with quality bedding.
The two bedrooms have king-size beds, one of them has an adjoining bathroom, the second is separate.
The comfortable and spacious living room is equipped with a queen-size sofa bed.
The apartment also has a nice kitchen area, and a fully equipped dining room, with a large bar ideal for having breakfast. For maximum comfort, this apartment has hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels.

We offer simplified arrival options:

1.the apartment is not in the mare quoter as promised in your list . This point is very important as i feel like being mislead by you. I thing ghat for you commission you get you have Check the info given by the owener 2.wifi with low capacity and not in all of the rooms . 3. Taps in the shower are not working properly . 4. I am looking forward to hear how you want to compensate me for misleading info

Enjoyed our stay

The apartment worked very well for us and was clean and just as advertised. The location was good for walking to lots of places and for metro nearby. Checkin and information provided was detailed and we had no problems during our stay.

Great location. However, there were a group of men crowded around our doorway every evening. They partied til the wee hours of the night (3am) almost every night.

Beautiful Flat!

The flat itself was beautiful, spacious, and had comfortable beds! The communication was excellent. Overall we were happy with it as 3 adult tourists- very centrally located. There’s an amazing boulangerie right outside. It is not really in Le Marais however. Technically it’s in the 3rd district but borders the 10th. It’s about 2/3 mile to the nice area of the Marais that you hear about. It’s a very loud neighborhood, and slightly sketchy. It was especially loud in the main bedroom. I sleep through anything so it was fine, and we are all well-travelled so it wasn’t a big deal. But if a loud neighborhood and some sketchy people sitting on your stoop when you get home would bother you, this might not be your place. I will say though that we didn’t have any problems and people didn’t seem dangerous at all. Overall it was a good stay for us!

Le séjour était très bien dans l'appartement tout confort et très propre. L'agencement et la décoration sont très agréables. Une des deux chambres est cependant bruyante, côté rue.
