Great stay!

This was the perfect apt for 3 adults. Clean, comfortable, and well located. We loved each having our own space and being a bit removed from the crowds. A nice neighborhood to explore, and only 20ish minutes by cab from anywhere we wanted to go. It was just what we needed for a great trip in Paris!

Beautiful flat, well appointed

Beautiful flat in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants close by. Short walk to metro and Ubers a plenty. Comfy beds and well appointed rooms with a good number of outlets ahd usb plugs. Nice kitchen with a great refrigerator, dishwasher, etc Would highly recommend and stay again

It was a little odd having living room door open directly to the sidewalk, but overall this is a smartly appointed apartment.

3 days in Paris

Nicely decorated flat, nearby bus and metro stations. Very convenient for a weekend trip. One of the 3 sleeping rooms has no windows for any ventilation. Instead there is a hidden exit through the wardrope to a back yard, without a lock. Rooms are nice but very smal with only very little space to store belongings and clothes. No problem for a short stay of 2-3 days. For very good breakfast we can recommend the Bistro Felicie, 200 m down Av. du Main. Automated Check-in and check-out, key code etc. worked well.

We liked the place a lot unfortunately there were maintance was an issue. The diswasher didn't drain, and in the middle of the night a heating unit fell off the wall. The downstairs bath didn't have a toilet. Most troublesome there is no street number above the door. The street address is next door, an apartment building. We only found this out when a resident came out and seemed annoyed about the situation.

The PERFECT stay!

This two-story, 3-bedroom apartment in the center of Montparnasse was the perfect location for visiting Paris. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and back one night, and spend the following day exploring the city by foot: Pantheon, Notre Dame, the Louvre... coming back to Montparnasse in the evenings, we were able to visit all the cultural amenities: shops, dining, bars, and the like just a few blocks from our apartment. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of space to spread out for a city location! Great water pressure in the showers, city views out the second-story room windows, and a truly immaculate space. We had a truly wonderful time with our group of 5 adults and 1 infant.

Paris Visit

Good property. Great for three friends enjoying Paris. The location is on a Main Street but only a quick walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping. We felt like locals in a lovely little neighborhood.
