The staff at the reception was helpful , there was a problem with the A/C not working , the night receptionist was very patient and resolved the issue.

Good quality for money, clean and parking

It was good. It was just a night but staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, big enough, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were somehow too flat for my taste but in general all was good. There are some parking spaces within the property. The tube/subway is about 10 mins walking and there is a big shopping centre mext to the tube entry. It’s about 40 mins by tube to Paris centre. Good connection. I’d recommend it if going to Paris by car.

Worst hotel I've ever been.

On arrival the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room seem ok on arrival until in the night we were greeted by bedbugs. That was taken care of by switching to a room too small for two persons and the toilet didn't work and so we're told to use the infested room bathroom. Overall I was very disappointed because the situation could have been handled better.

The place was great because people who work in the hotel were so nice and I appreciate their hard work(they got 5 stars) but our room was very small for three beds and the bathroom was little little little it is incredible the capacity of the owner offering this very little place! The room got 3 stars.

Good quiet location, close to a metro station and a good shopping mall. The staff were also friendly and helpful. There is also a McDonald’s right beside the hotel which is really convenient. The 3 beds in the room I stayed in with my two sons were very small in size. They were each less than the size of a standard UK single bed. Their rooms with 3 beds should also be larger. For the price, I guess it was not too bad though.

We stayed there because we were visiting friends nearby. This hotel was the closest option to their place. Considering the location and the price, this is a pretty good deal. Some matters, like room size or shower cabin size, could be better, but recall the price, and it looks reasonable now. Oh, and I couldn't find anything much better in the area within the same proximity, so there aren't many options. Overall, I'd recommend it and stay there again.

Tout était parfait. Une seule remarque concernant la signalisation extérieure : seule l'enseigne du Mac Donald était éclairée, donc mon arrivée de nuit a été un peu difficile d'autant plus que je ne connaissais pas le coin. Mis a part ça tout était impeccable, le personnel très gentil et efficace.
