Staff is great. It’s nice to stay in the Disney bubble and the early entry (1 hour) is a great perk The room I had was very outdated and the bathroom had an odour of stale urine. I checked out a night early despite having already paid and stayed somewhere else. This comes nowhere close to the Disney experience in America or Asia.

Tired Hotel, they are planning to refurb but they should review their prices per night while they upgrade, room too small, aircon didn’t work. Pool area old, indoor pool changing area is confusing and hard to manage with kids. Location is great and close to the park, I stayed in a the new port bay couple of times, the sequoia definitely felt like a downgrade.

Hatten den Golden Forst Club konnte am zweiten Tag noch frühstücken das wars dann Mittags noch win Kaffee trinken im Club aber da wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich kein Zutritt mehr habe . Kannte ich so von früher nicht . Habe mich sehr geärgert bei den Preisen. Werden nie wieder das Hotel buchen. So vergrault mann Kunden die schon seit 1993 ins Disneyland fahren mehrmals im Jahr .

During my stay at the lodge, my experience was initially normal and comfortable. However, that changed significantly after a serious incident involving hotel staff. While I was asleep in my room, I was awakened to find my door open and two Disney employees attempting to bypass the door latch using a “Do Not Disturb” sign. When I confronted them, they claimed they were trying to enter to clean the room. This explanation did not align with the situation, as I was clearly inside and had not requested service. I reported the incident to management, who acknowledged the severity of what occurred and expressed concern. As a resolution, I was offered a complimentary breakfast, i was not seeking any sort of compensation. The following morning, when attempting to use the breakfast that had been offered after the attempted break in, I encountered further issues. After speaking with two managers who confirmed I was approved as it seemed they did not accredit the breakfast correctly to my room, I was then stopped by the restaurant manager, who stated he did not believe me and accused me of lying and stated i could pay or leave. Following these incidents, I no longer felt safe or respected as a guest. Given the cost of the stay, I expected a basic standard of security and professionalism. Instead, I was left feeling uneasy in my own room and concerned about the safety of my belongings and my own personal safety, as well as the possibility of further unauthorized entry attempts.

Je voyage beaucoup et partout, et les chambres m’ont rappelé les hôtels américains d’il y a 30 ans… sauf que les prix, eux, sont bien actuels. Peu de prises, équipements très basiques, serviettes dignes d’un 2/3 étoiles, on entend les chambres dans le couloir, et les voisins du dessus. Petit-déjeuner à 70 € : 15 minutes d’attente immobile, jai demandé information a la serveuse, elle part vérifier et me dit " 5–10 minutes" — nous sommes partis. Pour ce budget, mieux vaut un bon hôtel un peu plus éloigné et un taxi : service et confort seront largement supérieurs. Suis désolée, rare que je donne un tel avis.

We stayed in the Golden Forrest rooms of the hotel, which included a great breakfast, such a variety of hot and cold foods, also included was afternoon tea in the Golden Forrest lounge, with again a vast variety of food and drink, such a bonus when you have children. The family room was compact but our family of 4 were comfortable, room was clean and serviced each day. We could see parts of Disneyland from our window and it was just a 10 min walk from the hotel past multiple retail shops, cafes and food places. We opted for including tickets to Disneyland as part of our hotel package, overall a good stay and with all the inclusions and Disneyland so close, it was worth it. The only downside we found was there are no mini market shops anywhere in the area and the prices are quite high, everywhere considering the exchange rate for Australian dollars, we had no car, but hey you don’t go to Disneyland everyday, so all good.
Hotel grounds are quite relaxing to enjoy after a busy day at Disneyland

This was our second stay here - the first was six years ago and a great experience. The hotel is now very tired and the service was lacking. Additionally, our family was really looking forward to the pool but on arrival, we were told it was not available for use, due to scheduled repairs/maintenance. Had we known this, we would have considered an alternative hotel, as we had been travelling through a cold Europe Winter and we were looking forward to a swim. The room itself was very old and had a strange and overpowering odour. The wake up call from Mickey is no longer a thing, a little less magic. There were only two towels for a room booked for four, the staff brought some more up after our call to reception. On our second day, we asked for some more shampoo, as we had just one tiny bottle for four people and it was not replenished for the second day. Reception advised that the one bottle is a welcome gift and they don’t provide any more supplies - odd (this is not a cheap hotel). The real deal breaker for us was housekeeping rudely knocking loudly on our last day, prior to check out time. They knocked loudly twice and we advised each time we would be checking out at check out time. The third time they didn’t even knock, they just entered the room (luckily we had the bar across as one of us was in the bathroom). This was so bad, it was not even close to check out time! We complained and were provided breakfast, a kind gesture. Overall, disappointing.

Arrivée à 7h45, problèmes sur ma réservation, gros stress sur place pour une réservation faite 6 mois à l'avance...On m'annonce que je vais surement devoir payer un supplément, je me prépare à annoncer à mes 4 enfants à ce stade qu'on va devoir rentrer à la maison... Obligation d'attendre jusqu à 9h30 pour établir le contact entre disney et hotel.com , la cast member qui a suivi mon dossier a été très professionnelle et a solutionner le problème (merci a elle). Cependant, habitant en région Parisienne, j ai souhaité faire un séjour en hotel Disney pour bénéficier du privilège heure de magie en plus, ce qui a été compromis. L'après-midi, on reçoit les numéros de nos chambres, on sort du parc pour s'y rendre afin de pouvoir profiter de la piscine, c'est ce qui avait motivé notre choix pour cet hôtel. Encore mauvaise surprise, dans les chambres, lit cassé (tête de lit penchée), toiles d'araignée énormes sur les hauteurs, obligée de nettoyer car les enfants ne voulaient pas dormir à côté ! Enfin, on se prépare pour la piscine et finalement piscine fermée sans avoir été informé au préalable par mail ni par Disney, ni hotel.com. Déception total. C'était ma première réservation via hotel.com et je pense la dernière au vues de ces circonstances. Payer pour des services spécifiques et ne pas pouvoir en bénéficier sans prévenir. On a les (mauvaises) surprises sur place au pied du mur et tout le monde s'en fiche derrière un"désolé ", c'est déjà payé et tant pis pour nous. Horrible.

Nous avons choisi la chambre golden forest pour son "salon réservé avec collations" de l'après midi. A notre arrivée le soir 21h on nous rappel bien que nous avons avons accès à cet espace. C'est pour cela qu'après notre journée au parc nous nous présentons au salon en question a l'heure du gouté ave nos enfants. Résultat nous avons étés jetés comme des mal propre car selon le cast ce dernier n'est accessible que le jour de l'arrivée. Chose qui n'est notifiée nul part. Ni sur le site expedia ni celui de disney. Bref a partir de 10:00 vous perdez tous les avantages payés. Vraiment déçu que le contraire nous ait été annoncé a notre arrivée la veille. Avec le recul nous n'aurions pas du prendre ce type de chambre car identique aux classiques.

The room was generally okay and could have used some minor repairs (bath tub) and grout. The hot water took a while to warm up (room 1104). The staff was polite and helpful in providing access to the other Disney Resort hotel pools (as this one was out of order). At the front desk (check-in) our room was not ready upon arrival. No worries there. The challenge was that the staff asked if they could call/text to notify us when the room was ready… but we did not receive that notification. Beautiful property and good experience overall.

Rooms were great. Lake side view was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walk to the park was not long at all. We enjoyed our stay

This is the only Disney Paris hotel we will stay in. It is Bambi themed, with lots of gorgeous wood and natural materials. Not a Mickey or Minnie Mouse anywhere, I'm happy to say. It reminds me of the historic Craftsman lodges in Yellowstone and Lake Tahoe. So much better than the frenetic overload found at the other hotels around the Paris Disney lake. My children love this hotel because the pool is amazing, with a waterfall and slide. Way better than the sad Newport pool. This hotel is also a much closer walk, about 10 minutes closer. My favourite thing about this hotel is the forest that surrounds it.

La piscine était fermée, je n'ai reçu aucune information concernant cette fermeture sachant que j'ai réservé des mois à l'avance. J'ai appelé pour avoir des informations, on a pas pu me renseigner. Je n'aurais pas réservé dans cette hôtel sachant que la piscine serait indisponible
