Meet up and relax in this large, comfortable apartment with south-facing balcony, ideal for lunch outside, 3 large bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1m80 bed + TV, Bedroom 2: 1m60 bed, bedroom 3: double bed '1m40), a living room with dining table and two large sofas (and large screen TV), coffee table, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Practical side: the kitchen is equipped with a thermomix and a dishwasher. You can also use the brand new washing machine and dryer. Easy to park on the street, on the Paris or Saint-Mandé side.
Leisure side: Access to wifi, Playstation, tennis and ping-pong rackets, Netflix, Canal +...
5 minutes walk from the Paris Zoological Park, 10 minutes walk from the Saint Mandé metro on line 1 (Concorde Station and live Olympic Fan Zone) and the Porte Dorée metro line 8.
