This hotel is clean and safe! The staff demeanor is very professional. The only challange is space. It is small and the check-in area is on the second floor. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is underrated in my opinion. I came a couple hours early hoping to just leave my suitcase so I could walk around. Check-in desk was manned by Vilder who said no problem leaving my suit case. Then he checked with housekeeping who said my room was actually ready so Vilder signed me in. An excellent welcoming host with good English and very professional. Room was as in the pics and was very clean. Everything worked. Good hot water in the shower. Good free WIFi. There was some noise from neighbours but not bad enough to affect my stay. Really good location with many restaurants around. I did not have the breakfast. I would definitely use this hotel again.

If you’re looking to stay in a hotel that is close to Champs Elyse this is a good option. The neighborhood is very safe, clean, and convenient. Rooms are big compared to the regular hotels in Paris and cleanliness was always on top. I would suggest Avama if you’re looking for a convenient place without staying either too far or in the chaotic touristy areas.

Considering the 17th arrondissement - which in my personal opinion can be consider as one of the best neighbourhood in Paris. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very welcoming. Consigliato!

The entrance is on the first floor, not on the base floor, the elevator is quite small, but there are not that many floors. It was comfortable. Worth noting that the water heater needs time to warm up, I had to ask about it.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Property has no elevator to get to the first floor where check in. When you do get to the elevator, it is so tiny. Shower is tiny too. But overall a good stay.

Lovely friendly helpful gem

Perfect. Super friendly helpful and flexible staff. Very nice and clean room with everything you need. Apparently 3 star hotel but 5 star service and oncanmotnthink of anything aore expensive hotel could have done any better. O will return and highly recommend it.

Great Value with Scenic Views

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed, especially given the price. The only drawback is that the elevator starts on the second floor, which can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. However, once your bags are upstairs, using the elevator is straightforward, though it is a bit small. The room was very comfortable, and with the windows closed, it was pleasantly quiet. Plus, the view was fantastic. Overall, a great experience for the value!

Better choices in Paris at the same price point.

The hotels is probably ok, however we were given a hotel directly on the lobby / breakfast area so you had more noise then the rooms on the upper level. Service/employees were kind helpful however the quality of room for the price was not. The carpet in the room was quite dirty, need to be replaces. Another odd situation was the head board) of the bed was not attached to the bed structure (it free standing and obviously moved and made noise. The area was quite good.

For the price the Hotel was worth it. The area surrounding was nice and quiet. Close to some attractions like the arc de triumph, however will need public transport for the other sites. The hotel itself was good, bed was comfy enough with a decent size room. Room overlooked the street and once you closed the windows you could hardly hear anything from outside. Only issues would be, no lift from ground to reception and the lift provided after that was very small. Wasn’t an issue for us but some people may not like that. Also the shower was very awkward to get in and out off, had to be very careful not to slip. Overall I’d recommend if the shower isn’t an issue

Excellent Hotel.

Excellent Hotel. It's just been redecorated & looks really good. The staff were very friendly & it's in a good location. I work in Paris & this is the best hotel I have stayed in, good local restaurants, good transport links very close by.
