The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the place definitely needs some work. It needs an update, and when they say it’s a two-star hotel, it’s a two-star hotel, and it’s like staying in a mobile 8 motel. The location is great, though.

This hotel is in a great location but the street it is on is pretty desolate. The room had air conditioning which was incredible but the cover to the bed was not clean and a dirty knife had been left behind by a previous guest. The staff were great and extremely helpful.

Great location. I love the classic elevator even if it's a little small. The only issue we had is that the Air Conditioning had a hard time keeping up with the 90 degree heat (32 metric).

I’m not certain that I would stay at this hotel again, or recommend it. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, the property to be very clean, the provided breakfast to be adequate,and the hotel to be centrally located. However, I was surprised by how tiny my room was, given its price. In addition, there was no hot water on either of the days that I stayed at the hotel and the elevator, although working, often took a long time to reach me on the sixth floor.

Great hotel an amazing location! Staff is very nice and helpful. They even kept my French butter in the fridge for two days prior to me heading home. Rooms are small, but I feel like that’s what it’s expected in Europe.

The staff was THE best part of this hotel. Rooms, sheets, towels and the bathroom were not fitting for a city like Paris. The sink had multiple cracks in, the shower was the same with walls full of patchwork that looked disgusting.

So building was nice and staff was nice. Location was great. I don't mind a small room, but bathroom was so small we couldn't use it properly! Shower was too tiny for my husky (not large by any means) husband to fit in to, and the toilet closet was too small for me to closet the door. If we had been warned about size limits, we wouldn't have chosen this room

We had a 10 day stay. Our first room was super small but we were very soon accommodated with a lovely room with a large bathroom. The hotelier was so sweet and gracious. The staff were very attentive. The breakfasts were plentiful and nutritious.
