Friendly staff, cute hotel and ambiance, around the corner from public transportation, comfortable room. The only thing is it's not close to the Eiffel Tower but accessible by train.

Valuen for money, friendly hotel

All of the staff were super friendly and spoke very good english. Bed was comfortable and I believe in Paris standards the room and bathroom were quite spacious! Metro and minimart right around the corner, many restaurants, and catacombes within walking distance.

Isabella and Amber were absolutely amazing. All of the staff was so welcoming and answered any questions that I had. The interior is beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone staying in Paris!

Small room/bathroom but I’ve learned that a lot is small in Paris. Well decorated and very clean. No fridge in the room and no ice maker on property. They ask you to leave your room key whenever you leave out which is weird but they also don’t ask for an ID when you return. Every occasion it was different staff when we returned. Location is walking distance from a lot a stores and restaurants. 3 min walk to bus and metro that will take you to all the attractions. I’d recommend.

No air conditioning during the vinter.

We had a problem with high temperature in our room during the whole duration of our stay. In the description on hotels.com it clearly states that the room has air conditioning, however this is not the case during the winter part of the year. Do to my father’s condition with noise sensitivity we were not able to open the windows during the night. We were then left with a room with nearly no ventilation and high temperatures. When we addressed this issue with the hotel staff we experienced some help, however it was not adequate. We are left wondering why they just couldn’t turn on the air conditioning? When we asked the reception about the air conditioning, they did not give us any information about why it was not possible to turn it on. It was not until we spoke with one of the maintenance guys that we were told that the air conditioning was only turned on during the summer. If comfort and good service is important for you, I would recommend staying away from this hotel.
