We came at the time the housekeeper was there. She asked what room we had and if we got any invitation or direction, and we didn't get anything. We asked for phone number to call, but it was difficult since we came from overseas and had limited access to call. Finally the person gave us the instruction of which room and the code to get in. The room was still occupied even though we came at 2pm. The housekeeper was fast to clean and was a good customer service. Afterward, the stay was nice, even though there was no continental breakfast as promised. Room 3.3 was nice and big with private bathroom. A bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Overall it was nice.

Pas d’accueil physique, il a fallu courir harcelé l’hôte pour avoir les codes d’accès à la chambre arrivée sur place! Il ne répondait pas au téléphone ! D’autres personnes étaient dans le même cas sur place à la Résidence! C’est horrible de voyager et d’arriver sur place et rester dehors pendant longtemps aucun respect pour les gens! La cuisine, les toilettes, SDB et salon sont des espaces communes avec les autres résidents mais à aucun moment on est prévenu de cela, la surprise est quand on arrive sur place! Et les escaliers qui ne sont pas homologués!! Non sérieusement à fuire!!!!

Apart hôtel spacieux mais la cuisine, salon, salle de bain et toilettes sont à partager avec une autre chambre. Règles de vie (hygiène, bruit, etc) s'imposent hygiène bruit ce qui n'a pas était respecté lors de mon séjour. Ça sentait énormément la cigarette alors que nous sommes non fumeurs. Il y a 2 télés (pièce commune et chambre) ms moyen de les faire fonctionner. Propriétaire non joignable

It was wonderful! I loved being in the middle of a quaint and friendly Parisian neighborhood and lots of housemates!

Le titre est trompeur. Ce n’est pas un hôtel ou appart-hotel. C’est une coloc avec des wc et douche en commun et des coloc non choisis. Arrivés dans la soirée, notre chambre était occupé par un ouvrier, il l’a rendu plus d’une plus tard , juste aspirée, sol non lavé. Le gérant nous a répondu que le ménage avait été fait le matin, pourquoi ce soir? Et en plus, des chaussettes, une bouteille de bière au sol et un escalier beaucoup trop raide, qu’il faut être alpiniste, le reste ça été mais c’est la dernière fois que je réserve dans cette coloc.

Avoid at all costs! I made a booking for 4 rooms in total the hotel overbooked and then said they would accept fault and i needed to request a refund through hotels.com this was a complete lie and now the hotel is ignoring me along with hotels.com. Rooms are shared which is not made clear when booking the rooms, drunk guest trying to start a fight with some of my employees. Place was dirty, beds uncomfortable and overall a total shambles! I wouldn't put a pig in this hotel nevermind any of my employees again. Should be ashamed of yourself if you are that desperate for money!

Un résident qu'on a bien fait marcher!!

Bonjour J'ai été très surpris de ne pas être accueilli à la résidence Artémis où je suis arrivé à pied après 40 mn de marche car la station RER la plus proche est Orly Ville. Sur ce, je téléphone. Il m'est aimablement répondu que ce n'est pas cette résidence là qui a été prévu, mais la résidence Hermès. Je dois à nouveau faire 40 mn de marche pour l'atteindre. Le confort est sommaire, mais j'ai dormis au calme, c'est l'essentiel. Pour résumé, on m'a bien fait marcher.
