This tastefully maintained Crescent Ridge Condo is your cozy home away from home, invites fireside evenings in the heart of secluded Park City on the quiet cul-de-sac at Crescent Road.

**Must be able to Climb stairs to reach the condo, this is the bottom unit of the upper mountainside condo**

*Getting to the resort: Walk 3 minutes to where you can click into your skis/board and ski down to the lower base at PCMR. Or walk 5-6 minutes the other direction to the Silver Star Lift

*Sept 2023-The hot tub has been removed due mechanical issues and HOA restrictions
