Needs to be refurbished

The carpet is disgusting and needs to be changed to something else. The layout is great for 4 couples or any combination- bedrooms and baths are fine. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans but you need to bring everything else- they did provide trash can liners and paper towels. We even bought our own toilet paper as what they provided was so thin! The TV is not a smart tv so forget Netflix or anything other than regular cable. The parking is easy and the staff in the building were great.

Great for Groups

I cant say enough nice things about the owner Brad and property manager Kristin Huffman! After encountering a snafu when checking in with the on-site property manager - Kristin took charge and amended the sitiation professionally, courtesoulsy and with a great sense of humor. She checked in with our group regularly and was readily available with recommendations and local tips. I will continue to reach out to her for rental properties in the Park City area. This was a great property for a group and the skiing was fantastic!
