With over 2,000 square feet of elegant, pristine living space spread out over multiple levels, this roomy, inviting home can accommodate 15 people with ease.
On the main level, the LIVING AREA was designed to take full advantage of the phenomenal views, with one entire wall comprised of glass doors looking out over the spacious terrace with a gas firepit and the mountain views beyond. Inside, there’s a large leather sofa sitting under a vaulted ceiling and facing a modern fireplace and a huge 86” HD Smart TV, while just next to it is the formal DINING SPACE.
This inviting table leads directly into the chef-inspired KITCHEN, where a high-end Zline double gas range is surrounded by sleek wood cabinetry and exotic black quartz countertops and backsplash. Overhead, a corrugated metal ceiling provides a stylish industrial touch, and a convenient peninsula bar adds additional seating at the counter.
Upstairs in the FIRST BEDROOM, there’s a queen-size bed next to a unique, built-in, triple-stacked bunk bed. This flexible space also includes a 70-inch HDTV and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM is a hit with the kids— with six built-in twin-size bunk beds, each with its own cozy lighting, this camp-like room also features a giant 86-inch HDTV, a massage chair, a leather sofa bed, and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM with a step-in shower.
The private, PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE features a luxe king-size bed set against a stylish wood-accent wall and facing a 70” HDTV. Modern glass doors allow lots of gorgeous natural sunlight inside, while also creating a passageway to the outdoor patio. In the ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM, there’s a step-in shower and a quartz-topped vanity.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
