Welcome to Parkwood. This 3 BR/2.5 BA condo is located in the best location in Park City. Access to the mountain, from the Town Lift, is steps away, allowing your ski adventures to be easy.
In the summer, hiking and mountain biking are right out the door, with access to Sweeney’s Switchback and Mother Urban, to name a few.
The 3BR/2.5BA condo comfortably accommodates 8 people. Features include: 2 living rooms, 1 gas fireplace and an 8 seat dining area, making it a pleasure to relax and spend quality time together. Amenities include Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and garage parking for 1 car. (Note: the garage is not attached to the unit, but part of the complex. Garage entrance is 75”). This location is perfect for accessing everything in downtown Park City, so a rental car is not necessary. The condo has quick access to all of Park City Main Street attractions, with Harvest across the street, High West 1 block away and the historic Egyptian Theater on Main Street. There is also an unlimited amount of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance.
The Park City Transit System provides convenient free shuttle transportation to Deer Valley, Canyon Village, and anywhere else in Park City guests would want to explore. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk out the door.

WOW, you can’t beat this location!

My wife and I came out for spring skiing and this was the best stay we’ve ever had in Park City! The location was the highlight - you are right by Main Street which means you have the best of PC within a 5min walk. Bars, restaurants, coffee shops, High West Distillery, and of course the Town Lift are RIGHT THERE. The property has a ton of space, with the bedrooms downstairs (entrance has room for putting on boots and ski storage) and lots of space upstairs (and a second entrance for skiing). Internet and WiFi worked great, they have cable TV, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space for hanging out in the evenings…I can’t think of anything else you’d need for a great stay. The owners checked on us personally and were very quick to reply to inquiries. They’ve taken a lot of time to set this up like a place they would want to stay and it shows. We had a great time!
