「The staff is SO nice. During check in, check out, and when I needed a new key. They greeted my dog with a treat :) The hot tub room was a fun, unique experience but not sure it’s worth the extra cost with the pool available. 」

「Starting with the staff, what a wonderful person checking us in. She was smart, friendly, and remembered us from our last visit. Check in was fast, and we where given a wifi password. She explained the new breakfast time and service. They make everything to order now. The room was as always, clean and the heater was turned on so the room was cozy. As an early riser, the loby had fresh hot coffee and tea available. The friendly staff member offered an early breakfast if i wanted it now. Great...

「Very clean room. Great bed. Had a great dinner at the adjoining restaurant. We come here every year and it never disappoints. It’s older with character. 」

「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」

「Front desk staff was friendly and quickly got me checked in, I really appreciated have a luggage rolling rack to load my stuff on to get it to the room. Room was comfortably heated and very nice appearance. Like the abundance of good reading lights on desk and bed stands. I'd come again.」

「Staff was accommodating and room was clean. I requested to extend my stay one more night at a cheaper rate. They were going to have me transfer to a different room to get the low rate. Which was fine. Then they called me back and said she got the manager to allow me to remain in my same room, for better convenience. That made me smile and made my day!!! I wasn’t expecting it and was willing to transfer. So thank you for great customer service.」
