This property is a nice place to stay in Parks. I was able to sit on the back deck in the evening and watch deer graze in the forest.

The home and location were nice, however it does need some much needed TLC. The front screen door is broken and needs replaced as well as the back screen door. I am a disabled veteran with PTSD and did NOT feel safe at all the entire time. The home was not as clean (floors were very dirty) as I would have expected for a VRBO and also had an odor like sewage coming up from all the sinks and showers. I had to continually spray air freshner to hide it. The pillows and mattresses could use an update as well as the cushiions on the sofas.
