Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access ...

This hotel was extremely clean and quiet with excellent amenities. They had a little kitchenette and we were able to cook. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and the bus is free to travel throughout Geneva and to the airport.
